What is working well?

Video conferences are working really well. We noticed that it is a lot better to have a VC than a telephone conference. The atmosphere is more relaxed while at the same time it feels more like really working together.
What is your biggest challenge?
For me the biggest challenge is not to have one video conference after another . If this happens it get’s a bit difficult…
And what is it you are looking to most, once the situation has gone back to normal?
For work:
Even though I talk to a lot of colleagues quite often, I miss the colleagues with whom I do not work directly. I am looking forward to the chats in the coffee kitchen.
For my private life:
I am really looking forward to meet my parents and the rest of the family again and spent time with them. Friends, too, of course.
