On 26 March, my VPN did not work anymore and I had to install VDI asap to be operational! The RWE Service Team made themselves highly available, supported me thorugh each step to get it done within 30 min and even resolved my VPN issue within a day! Their service is good all along the year and in such a challenigng situation for them, they are even BRILLANT!
