Remote Connected: Jennifer Ohrem
Working from Home in Time of Corona

What is working well?

We are seeing in our areas that we are able to start earlier and save a lot of commuting time. Working from home works well due to our highly digitalized and automated processes. Even though we are not meeting in person, we are still closely connected through Lync, Skype and Cisco.

What is your biggest challenge?

We are missing the social contact and therefore we have organized our Coffee &  Team Lunch Meetings. We have good equipment in our home offices but some of us are missing our chairs. We experienced that we are working more and need to remind ourselves to take breaks.

And what is it you are looking to most, once the situation has gone back to normal?

We are looking forward to have coffee breaks, lunches and chats in person . Visiting friend and family again. Kids could go back to Kindergarten or school to meet their friends.
